Minna-no-Kimochi is a Tokyo-based rave crew and DJ unit founded in 2021. Rooted in ambient and experimental music, they deconstruct 1990s trance through post-club techniques, summoning bodily rapture and mental elevation that sit at the very edge of contemporary trance. By fusing rave’s original sense of community with the wider currents of global club culture, Minna-no-Kimochi serve as a rare conduit between worlds.
As a rave crew, they host private parties in off-grid locations—warehouses, coastlines, and mountain ruins in and around Tokyo.
While deliberately eluding documentation in their activities as a crew, the unit’s core members maintain an open and global presence as a DJ unit. Summer 2024 saw their debut on Glastonbury Festival’s Shangri-La stage, where they delivered the closing set of the four-day gathering. On 30 January 2025 they closed the floor at Berlin’s Berghain during CTM Festival. From European tour to underground parties across North America and Asia, their appearances span every scale of the scene.
Their label project, “Mizuha 罔象,” focuses exclusively on the spiritual aspect, gathering innovative works from around the world.
